Meet our 1st and 2nd Class Teacher - Ms. Weldon

My name is Niamh Weldon and I will be teaching first and second class in St. Peter’s NS this year. I have been a qualified teacher for four years and have loved it! I developed my love for teaching six years ago when I decided to teach English as a foreign language in South East Asia. From then I knew teaching was the career I wanted to pursue so when I came home I hit the books and completed a Masters in Primary Education with Hibernia College.

I am really looking forward to returning to the classroom this year and am looking forward to teaching 1st and 2nd class. There is such an overwhelming sense of community within the school and I am delighted to be part of this. 

I cannot wait to get started!! ​​
