Christmas Fun Day 2021 

Due to the on-going COVID restrictions we couldn't have our annual Christmas Fair again this year! We held our school "Christmas Fun Day" instead on Friday 10th December and it was a great success. The weather stayed dry and the children had great fun with all the activities. A huge thank you to the P.TA for helping to organise and for anyone who donated prizes. Our indoor activities included a staring competition, Guess the name of the teddy, Guess how many sweets are in the jar, tombola and the spinning wheel! Our outdoor activities included splat the rat, the Santa dash, and Christmas target throw!

Christmas in St. Peter's National School - 2020

This year we could not have a Christmas Fair due to COVID-19 but we still wanted to have a brilliant Christmas Fun day with the children. We had so much fun! A big thank you to the PTA for ensuring their were lots of activities for the children to do and get well and truly in the Christmas spirit. First up was the Tombola and Spin the Wheel which took place in each classroom. Every child won a prize and look at the happy smiles - I think Santa came early!
The we had lots more fun in the yard withSplat the rat, Ball Pong and Target throw! It was absolutely brilliant. Finally we finished up the day with the Santa Dash!!! Everybody had a brilliant day!

The fundraising this Christmas has been absolutely brilliant and has raised a huge €3105.05 for the school. We are so grateful for all the donations made to the school.

Christmas in St. Peter's National School - 2019

We have had another amazing Christmas here in St. Peter's National School. The Nativity plays that each class performed were fantastic and all the children should be very proud of themselves.

We also had our big event of the year, our ‘Christmas Fair.’ This was such a wonderful day with everyone in high spirits. As always, the PTA worked tirelessly to ensure this event was enjoyable for all. A big thank you to everyone who donated their time, skills, baked goods, gifts etc. and much more to the fair. It was a wonderful success and raised €5353.18 for the school. A fantastic achievement!

Christmas in St. Peter's National School - 2018

We have had the most exciting week here in St. Peter's. The children have been busy buying their raffle tickets for the children's raffle which we all enjoyed during Assembly. We also had our 'Staring Competition' - all the participants were fantastic!

The Christmas Fair was a truly wonderful event for all. It was full of joy, camaraderie and a real sense of working together. The sheer dedication from everyone involved made the Christmas Fair a huge success, raising a fantastic €5752.43 for the school.
